1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 188PH ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). 4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 188PH are processed exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). We support deposits and withdrawals via local bank transfer, online banking, and supported e-wallets including GCash and Maya. The availability of specific payment channels may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of transaction. 188PH does not accept deposits made via credit card or cryptocurrency for wagering purposes.

• Deposits are typically credited to your account within a few minutes, subject to your payment provider's processing time.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• 188PH may request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.

• Attempting to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any bonus or promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts — is strictly prohibited.

6Gameplay Rules

All games available on 188PH — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, and eBingo sessions — operate under their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game or betting section. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 188PH will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on available data. Bets placed during a confirmed system fault may be voided at 188PH's discretion.

• Bets accepted and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled unless a specific in-play cancellation feature is available for that market.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the point of bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds applied to your bet.
• 188PH reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of the wager.

Nothing in these Terms limits 188PH's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12Changes to Terms
